Frugal Scrapper Extraordinaire:)

For those of you who have been following my blog, THANK YOU, I'm still here and as FRUGAL as ever. I'm just expanding my blog title to further reflect my "altered" muse. I'm still the same (sometimes goofy) FRUGAL SCRAPPER that I've always been and will continue to focus on FRUGAL papercrafting projects:)

April's Frugal Scrappin' Class Sample is READY! Whoo Hoo!

For the April Frugal Scrappin' class, we will be making 4 note cards, the envelopes AND the very cool packaging.  Just in time for the Spring holiday gift giving season, this project will make the perfect gift for Mother's Day, Bridal Shower favors, Teacher's gifts, and more!

I first saw this project when a friend of mine, Wanda, made this awesome project with her TNT challenge club supplies.  She did such an awesome job (with a Christmas theme), that I knew I just had to use the idea for a Frugal Scrappin' class.  As always, we will be using Distress inks and some other Frugal Scrapper favorites as we complete our project.

Come join us on April 29th at Ever After Scrapbooks in Vista as we complete this very fun, technique heavy project.
The project will include a package embellishment made from scalloped circles, distress inks and a brad.  I learned how to make this flower at the March TNT meeting at Ever After.  Thanks, Jacquie, our awesome TNT leader for showing us how to make these flowers during our make-n-take:)

Shown above is the entire project.  There will be a few "treats" in the middle (think chocolate!)...I hope to see you all at the class on April 29th!

Happy Easter!
